Officially registered with Kesbangpol Kota Bekasi
PKBM is registered as a community organization under the guidance of the Kota Bekasi National Unity and Politics Agency (Kesbangpol).
Notarial deed & historical record
PKBM's notarial deed was issued at Notary Puji Astuti, SH's office, Kota Bekasi, on 27 March 2009. The 2015/2016 SOHIB record (Proposal ID 22837) documents an independent internal budget-mechanism restructuring.
Modern legal status via OSS & NIB
Holds a Business Identification Number (NIB) under the Non-Formal Education / Social Foundation KBLI category via Online Single Submission (OSS), opening the way for private CSR partnerships, independent self-management, and government e-Katalog access.

The official Kesbangpol decree (SK) number and Business Identification Number (NIB) are currently being finalized administratively.
The founding charter (Pasal 1) records the official founding date as 20 October 2006. Internal history notes also commemorate 20 August 2006 as the day the first chairperson was elected.
